today is new year's eve and with it comes a time of reflection on the past year and anticipation for what 2010 will bring. so much changed over the course of one year, and yet, not much at all.....i don't look back on 2009 and say "bleh" but i am certainly glad it's over...i don't have "plans" this year. i just plan to eat dinner, drink some asti, and try to stay up til midnight to ring in 2010. i certainly don't want to be out on the roads..my dui comes off in july! we have tomorrow off, for new year's day. woo hoo! a day off from work is the best way to ring in a new year, for sure! :)
