Grilled Chicken Penne al Fresco


A couple weeks ago, I decided to cook a weekly dinner after seeing this recipe on Tara's blog from The Pampered Chef. Since I love penne pasta and cherry tomatoes, I thought it would be delish. It was. I didn't do follow the recipe to a T mostly because I lacked the deep covered baker and had to resort to my stir-fry pan on the stove. It was pretty good..the basil definitely added a kick! Next time I make it, I will use less broth, less basil and more chicken. Maybe next time, I'll have a baker?!
